They mounted a new tire and did not balance it !! I never saw a shop mount a tire without balancing it, and when i drove it in the highway, it was shaking as hell. And when i asked them, they said they don't balance a tire unless the custmer ask them to. Plus customer service is awful, most people there are so rude. I will never go back there again.

The gentleman working was great. and the owner was somewhat reasonable after speaking with him. But the front desk lady is a older woman who wouldn’t let me talk to the gentleman who was working on my car and made it to where I had to have her call the owner they also have a stack of tires up so you cannot see what they are doing each there and I had a crack on my rim they they only told me about when they took my tire behind the stack of tires and I heard more drilling noises mind you they already had my tire off the car . When I asked what it was they said it was them cleaning the tire. But why didn’t he tell me before they did all the “cleaning “ it was very shady feeling. When I kept trying to communicate with the gentleman fixing my car the older woman who was supposed to be in the office kept interrupting and speaking Spanish to him when she knew English . I was trying to communicate with him with Google Translate and she kept getting in the way . I didn’t get a good feeling and left with a cracked rim and the stack of tires preventing you from seeing what they are doing after they have your tire off and take it behind there well I just never seen that at a tire shop before t

Great service and price. We had the option of ordering new or buying used, and opted for used. In and out in less than a half hour for two tires at a great price.
